Fall Risk Management
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, falls are the most common cause of nonfatal injuries and hospital admissions for trauma, and the leading cause of injury deaths for older adults. Balance In Action® is an evidence-based fall risk management clinical initiative for individuals at risk of falls in any care setting and is being adopted as the care delivery model for fall risk management in all of our sites of service. Click here for more information about Balance In Action.
No two individuals share the same clinical needs. That's why Genesis Rehab Services has developed a robust library of clinical resources and education in the areas of dementia, pain management, vestibular management, cardiopulmonary diagnoses, continence, lymphedema, low vision, post-acute joint replacement services, dysphagia, osteoporosis, seating & positioning, wound care, and more.
